Fresh churned butter, made by Rock Ridge Dairy near Ponoka, Alberta. Made with cream produced from grass fed cows (summer) and forage fed indoors in the winter.

Regular Churned butter is simply made by churning heavy cream, and is available salted and unsalted. Ingredients: Cream (& salt).
