Using Chef Richard's recipe that's been perfected over several years. Our Haggis contains Lambtastic Farms lamb offal combined with Goldforest Grains steel cut oats, onions, spices and a splash of Jura 10 year old scotch! A Celtic Kitchen haggis comes frozen and with full cooking instructions.
